Pagi msuk klas unifi yg diajar oleh kak Tini..
Best klas tu n alhamdulillah byk info yg aq dpt psl unifi..ag clear dr reseller kat luar sne yg explain..
bru aku phm reseller2 lat luar tu ckp ikut sdp dorg je sbb nk achieve target tiap2 bulan smp sggup menipu semata2 nk dpt bonus and achieve KPI..
Yg dh berkahwin and beranak pinak tu x tkut ke duit hrm yg dorg dok suap kat anak bini dorg? MasyaAllah..
Hindarkan keluarga ku dr cubaan sebegini ya Allah.

called trainee yg record dorg xde dlm database...
tu je kot yg menarik harini...
and jmpe sorg abg hensem..

• arini yg pling best dpt lunch ngan kwn2 yg bru and happening..
• jmpe manager2 TM yg selalu hang out dlm bilik purple ktorg ni..

• report duty dh fax ptg td..
• blaja key in data gne SAP!!!
• dbr2 aq nk blaja and wat keje td..
• alhamdulillah..supervisor sume ok ngan aku n teh..

First Day

• Arini 5 hb aq report kat TM Training Centre kul 8.30 a.m.
• Pas report trus g klas yg de lecture utk org2 TM yg de training.
• Duk dgr je trainer ckp n amik input yg berkaitan je..yg len bukak novel...hehehhe
• Perut dok berirama keroncong sbb dr pg x amik pape pun. Kul 12.30 kuar klas n trus g ofis.
• Jmpe supervisor yg kan evaluate aku n kwn aku. Tp aku under en.badarshah yg x dtg arini sbb cuti.
• Makan time kul 1.20 p.m.
  
• Briefing and wat keje la kan..nme pun praktikal.
• Solat..........
  
• Blaja cre2 gne machine photostate..hahahah...
• Wat keje yg perlu di wat ngan nabila.
• Borak2 ngan supervisor.
• Balik kul 5.00 p.m.
• Check in hostel kul 5.30 p.m.
• Borak n gelak2 ngan en.Bakhtiar.
• G 7E beli brg2 n mknn..lapar dowh....huhuuhuh
• Solat............

Alhamdulillah. GPA mmg nek melambung smp cm terSPRING mate aq ni. Hahaha :) 3.888 tp CGPA aq maintain 3.6. Ini hadiah utk ibu aku. Sbb time ni, mcm2 ujian ktorg lalui. Hanya Allah je yg tau cmne aq mngis, rsaukan ibu, emosi x stabil n mcm2 ag la. Melambung2 emosi aku time ni.

Tp bile sumenye kmbali ok, aku mule ok blik n kmbli to my own path. Sume yg aq lalui time tu, aku pegang kuat2 n sume tu la yg mndorng aku utk truskan hidup ak sbg pelajar.

Utk kwn2, smede yg berjaya or x, jom kite berjuang sme2 smp kite berjaya. :)

Alhamdulillah. That was my first impression when the doctor said that my mum is getting better and can be discharged by tomorrow.

Thanks to ayah sbb dy sggup tersekat dlm jammed for about 2 hours tp terpkse patah blik sbb x larat ag ngan jammed(BERSIH punye psl). Mnyusahkan org btul. Tp akhirnye dpt gak aq smp ke Selangor Medical Center to see my mum. Ncb bek mse smp2 tu ak x trus ngis tgk ibu.

Thanks also to my Along, Angah n adik sbb be the first to be there. Klu xde korg sume,kakk xtaw la nk tngkan prsaan cmne. Thanks abg2ku n adikku! Kakk syg sume. Thanks to my sisters-in-law n my beautiful nieces sbb comforting our mum n opah. Mak Yang syg sgt kat Dhia n Alya!

Last but not least, thanks korg(kwn2 kuliah, kakk2 umah n yg jao) sbb support aq. Thanks sbb sudi jd org yg pertama tgk ak down. Tp korg x trus keep me down malah trus bg nchat kat aq.

Softskill Training

Hari ni aku belajar how to handle a project. Whether it is a small one or complex one. You have to manage it well and make sure it is according to the right pace. Activity yang paling extreme sekali bagi aku hari ini, time kena buat projek:

"Design a fund raising campaign for an orphanage. You are given 2 months and a budget of RM20K. Your goal is to raise RM50K."

Ha,nah ambik kau sebijik! Dengan kudrat otak yang ada dekat 6 orang ni, kitorang pun buat je la apa yang kitorang rasa relevant dengan soalan tu. First of all, kitorang buat draft dulu for Breakdown Structure. Yang mana, our first Module Name was Fund Raising Campaign.
Lepas tu, dah siap utk diagram yang pertama tu, kena buat pulak Gantt Chart.
Yang ni memang haru-haru(p/s:sorry Big Bang, I'm borrowing your famous song's lyric)..hahaha..macam la Big Bang follows blog aku ni.
This is the second last part of it. Develop our finance, to be more specific, the cashflow for the project. Yang ni dah macam akaun. Aku yang ex-student in Sains Tulen mmg x amik la subjek Akaun ni sebab Subjek tambahan aku dulu Tasawwur Islam. So, main bantai je r!

The last part of it was the presentation to the CEO. Guess who?? It's Sir Kumaran form CGskill. Our trainer. My team was the 3rd to be presented and aku yang start cakap dulu. Present punye present sampai aku makan part kawan aku. Hahahah. Tu la lain kali jangan bagi aku cakap dulu. Aku ni kalau dah speaking memang lupa diri kejap. Overall, aku paling suka part yang aku sebut "our modus operandi is by helding a corporate dinner". Sir Kumar suka gila bila aku sebut this words.

The lessons that I learned today were, don't depend so much on others. Be independent and be someone who can be relied on, but not to be someone who easily be fooled around. Be matured and think out of the box. Plus, I hate this kind of attitude; laziness,shyness(to learn,ask) and speak too much but doing nothing!
